Use this category if:
- The tester is reporting an error or unexpected result for your server and you want help understanding why
- You’re trying to fix a federation, well-known, TLS, or MatrixRTC issue and need guidance
- You’re self-hosting the tester and running into setup or configuration problems
- You’re not sure whether a result means your server is broken or the tester is wrong
Please include your server name (e.g. example.com) when asking about a specific result — it makes it much easier to help. If you think you’ve found a bug in the tester rather
than a problem with your server, feel free to open an issue on GitHub ( Issues · MTRNord/matrix-connection-tester-ui · GitHub ) instead.
